We want to be more than just someone who sells you technology, delivers your toner or fixes your printer, we want to help your business grow by showing you where you can save money and how you can make things more efficient, easier and more productive.

IOT was formed in 1995 and now 12 years later we are a quality benchmark and industry leader, with 20+ employees and 15,000 square feet of warehouse facilities in Eagan, MN. We have factory authorizations for Warranty Repair, Service and Sales from Hewlett Packard, Xerox, Lexmark, Brother and more - We are an independent solutions provider with industry wide knowledge and resources. Continued innovation and a focus on customer service keep IOT ahead of the competition, and at the top of the list for our customers.

With a focus on quality we also strive to know our customers individual needs, provide personal communication on all fronts and remain accountable in all situations. With our Total Imaging Care Program we offer free parts, labor and a lifetime warranty for your printers, fax machines and copiers/mfp's when you use our toner cartridges.
