Who are we? - We are a Twin Cities company based in Eagan, MN. We've been providing service, supplies and hardware to companies in the seven county area since 1995. We're the Twin Cities' HP Solutions Group. We're 20+ employees strong with account managers and customer service reps dedicated to each customer.

Is the free printer you get new, used or what? - The printers given out with this offer are our IOT Certified Printers. Our HP Authorized technicians take used printers and completely refurbish these printers to a good as new condition. They come with a 90 day warranty.

How do your prices stack up against the competition? - Our cartridge prices line right up with what you'd pay a company like CDW (check for yourself) for an HP LaserJet cartridge. The difference is all of the benefits we offer (free parts & labor, 4 hour response time, etc) when you buy the cartridges with us.

How do I extend my warranty? - You can register your printer (and other printers in your office for that matter) on our Total ImagingCare (TIC) Program and get free service, repair, parts and labor for the life of the printer.

What's the catch? - No catch. You buy a cartridge from us to try us out and you'll get that printer absolutely free with no obligations whatsoever. You can keep the printer whether you keep buying cartridges from us or not. We're confident that after trying us out that you'll see the value we can bring your office beyond just providing the toner.
